Your perception of the world is shaped by your past. In the Understand phase of therapy, I can show you how your unconscious motivations and patterns have led you to where you are now. Many clients tell me this is the phase where they experienced “A-HA!” moments.
With a clear understanding of where your problems stem from and how your mind and emotions work, you will have the chance to Resolve your negative feelings and the inner conflicts that have left you stuck, lost and confused.
During each solution phase, I will tailor-create strategies and techniques that best suit your personality and goals. Throughout the therapy process, you and I will also use existential philosophy to uncover and explore some of your deepest concerns and fears.
