Depression Resources

This is by no means an exhaustive list of depression resources, books, articles, and videos about depression and the treatment of depression but it is a good start for anyone looking to educate themselves about what depression is, best treatment options for those who struggle with depression, and some techniques that appear to work in the short term for managing specific depression symptoms.
